Your best bet might be a private tour. The Far Horizons (do not confuse with the archaeological company based in New York) has offices in Rwanda, Uganda and they also handle the Congo. I have found that sometimes private guiding doesn't cost any more than a group trip so you may want to get a quote from them. They handled 11 days of of sightseeing for me in Rwanda which included 2 days for gorilla and chimpanzee trekking. [email protected]
